Fenby

Darlington Completed in two weeks (Sept 2026)

An end of tenancy renovation and clean-up, completed in just two weeks to minimise lost rental income for the landlord. Working to a tight budget, the team repaired previous shortcuts and focused on practical improvements that would add lasting value to the property.

The refreshed kitchen with sage cupboards and dark worktops.

A fresh start for the kitchen

The kitchen cupboards were stripped back through multiple layers of paint, prepared and refinished in a fresh sage colour. Renovating the existing units made the most of the tight budget and gave the kitchen a clean, practical finish.

A clean canvas throughout

Interior walls and ceilings were filled, prepared and painted, creating a clean canvas for the new tenants to make their own. Carpets, windows, doors and trims were thoroughly cleaned as part of the final refresh.

Restored rather than replaced

The bathroom was upgraded with a new shower screen and fresh sealing. The enamel bath was restored to a glossy shine, bringing the room back to a clean, welcoming finish.

A reset outside, too

The garden received a thorough reset to leave the outside space tidy and manageable. The photographs also show the outside door during the work and with its finished paintwork.
